What is SPC Flooring?
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring is a rigid-core vinyl floor. Its core is made from natural limestone powder bonded with PVC and stabilisers, which makes it far denser and more stable than laminate or ordinary vinyl.
On top of the core sits a realistic printed décor film (wood, concrete or marble), a clear wear layer and a UV coating. Herringbone and Microcement have a 1mm IXPE underlay attached to the back; for the Plank Series a separate 1mm underlay is laid before installation. Either way it adds comfort and reduces sound.

What is the price of SPC flooring in Pakistan?
SPC prices depend on the range (plank, herringbone or microcement), your total area, your city and whether you need installation. Rates also move with the dollar, so we quote per project. Use our free quote estimator or WhatsApp us your room sizes for an exact price.
Is SPC flooring really waterproof?
Yes. The stone-plastic core does not absorb water, so spills, mopping and humidity will not swell or warp it. It is suitable for kitchens and dry bathroom areas. Like any floor, standing water should be wiped up and it should not be used inside open shower zones.
Can SPC be installed over existing tiles or marble?
In most cases, yes. If the existing floor is level and firmly fixed, HydroCore+ clicks straight on top with no demolition. Our team checks the floor level during the site visit.
What is the difference between SPC and laminate?
Laminate has a wood-fibre (HDF) core that swells if it gets wet and can attract termites. SPC has a stone-plastic core that is fully waterproof and termite-proof, so it can go in kitchens and basements where laminate can’t.
How long does SPC flooring last?
With normal home use and simple care, a quality SPC floor lasts for many years. The wear layer and UV coating protect the surface from scratches, stains and fading.
How do I clean SPC flooring?
Sweep or vacuum, then damp-mop with a mild floor cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, steam mops and abrasive pads. No polishing or sealing is needed.
