These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of interiofloors.com and to quotations, orders, supply and installation provided by Interio Floors. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Website information
We try to keep all product information, specifications and images accurate and up to date. Product details may change without notice, and information on the website does not form an offer until confirmed in a written quotation.
2. Colours and images
Product photos and room images are for illustration. Actual colour, shade and texture can vary slightly between screens, production batches and lighting conditions. We recommend viewing a physical sample before ordering.
3. Quotations and prices
- Prices are not published on the website and are provided by quotation.
- Prices depend on product, quantity, city, site conditions, delivery and installation, and may change with exchange rates and supplier costs.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Estimates from our online estimator are for guidance only.
4. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once you accept our quotation and the agreed advance payment is received. Payment terms, delivery dates and any balance due will be stated on your quotation or invoice.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, transport and circumstances beyond our control. Please inspect goods on delivery and report any visible damage or shortage straight away.
6. Installation and site conditions
- The subfloor must be clean, dry and level for installation. Extra preparation work, if needed, may be charged separately.
- Installation is carried out according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- The customer is responsible for clearing the area and providing access, power and water where needed.
7. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are handled according to the terms agreed on your quotation or invoice. Cut, installed, used or specially ordered products generally cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning any goods.
8. Warranty
Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, its terms will be confirmed on your quotation or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, standing water, fire, sharp objects, heavy impact or installation by others.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Interio Floors or its brand partners and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Interio Floors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
